simple things I love

To get the day started I like to enjoy a bowl of oatmeal with some honey for sweetness and a bit of hemp milk. Oatmeal is good for you and so much healthier than boxed cereal. And it sticks to my ribs and keeps me full until lunch time.

You can add dried fruit, fresh fruit, candied fruit (yep that's a lot of fruit) spices (cinnamon) and nuts for extra flavor.
